Update 4/15/13

Well today is April 14th and yes I went to my appointment.

So this is what I have to do. I wieght about 290 and they want me to lose about 20 lbs. So I plan on eating small amounts of food and stuff. Drink alots of water too.


I got to make some calls to the food people and set up meeting with them and stuff and we are back on the road again.

Hi guys,

I wanted to you all to know that I love you all so much. But it's come to my time to do what I need to do for myself. So I have decided to go back and do the lapband program again. So this being said I would love for all of you to follow me and support me and keep me going on this. I am doing this for myself so I can live longer to see my children grow into nice women that they will become.

I will keep you posted on all the steps I have to go thur again....

Daily Hydration Calculator Results

A person who is 283 pounds
and is exercising for 30 minutes ,
is not pregnant,
is not breastfeeding,
does not live at a high altitude,
lives in a dry climate,
drinks 2 alcoholic drink(s),
when the weather is very hot or very cold,
and is not sick with fever or diarrhea should have:
184.5 ounces of water today, or 5.5 liters.

If you eat a healthy diet, about 20 percent of your water may come from the foods you eat. If you eat a healthy diet you can drink 147.6 ounces of water today, or 4.4 liters.

Water is an obvious source for your daily fluid needs. Other good beverages include milk, herbal teas, low-sodium broth, 100% fruit and vegetable juices. Soft drinks will also count toward your daily total of fluid, just remember that sugar sweetened soft drinks and fruit juices add extra calories to you daily diet that you don't need, while drinking water may help you lose weight.

Have Started Working on my Paper

Hi guys I just wanted to let you know that I have started my paper for class and now it time to put it all together and start writing the rough draft. I can't believe I can tell you what is good and what isn't good in losing or have surgery to lose the weight.

My paper is about  "Losing weight through lifestyle changes is healthier than resorting to surgical methods

Now my intake

Yeah it was going to be easy and  I was doing it.  After losing almost 10lbs I decide if I have to lose weight before I get it then what is the scene of me losing the weight and then getting it done. I have talk to people that had it done and some of them said it isn't worth all of it cause it cause more problem then you really did. I have also talk to people that had it done and they said they made the right desirous about getting it done.

So I have decided that I am going to do this on my own and show my friends and family that it can be done. There are also support groups that can help you as well. I been looking on the web and looking at all kinds of places to get support for losing weight. I will post the links here very soon

So really there is so much to learn about surgery that can help you lose the weight but is it really safe have you really looked at all the pros and cons on the outlook.
