2 Different Ways of Losing Weight
Losing weight can be done in several ways. Two of which I am going to be discuss are losing weight through a healthy lifestyle and one surgical method which is the Lapband surgery. Surgery has positive and negative effects on your weight and health. Another way is losing weight on your own so you can tone and lose weight the health way. There is always positive ways of losing weight on your own cause you know you did it and you feel good about yourself.
Diet changes for both methods, there are different ways of dieting. Before surgery you can diet like anyone was going to lose weight. It’s after surgery is what is going to will change your life. The Lapband is very hard to handle when it comes to often can be reduced to simply concerning eating foods. Also don’t forget to drink plenty of water and here is what you should drink in a day. For men is roughly 3 liters of total beverages a day. For women is 2.2 liters of total beverages a day. There are going will be a lot of things you won’t be able to eat that you ate before. Let’s talk about before you have surgery or losing weight on your own. When going grocery shopping look for stuff is going to help you and your family loses weight and start eating healthy. Get healthy foods like fruits and veggies and low calorie crackers and low fat meats that are important. So there are some many ways to overcome struggles and losing weight. Make sure you select a variety of fruits and veggies colors (dark, green, and red, orange, red) to get the most nutrients per bite. One of the biggest challenges to eating healthier is finding substitution for the foods you like the most. Select whole wheat bread over white bread. Eat white meat of turkey or chicken which is lower in fat then dark meat. Start using lean ground beef, pork tenderloins or fish. Use 1% or 2% instead of drinking whole milk and when eating chasse make sure it is low fat or fat free cheese. Let’s talk about after you have the Lapband. Both methods will help you lose weight in different ways, One thing you should know is Learning and understanding your body. When it comes to concerning weight loss, it may work for you but not for others. You got to remember that doing exercise is what going to help you lose the weight because you are toning your body and losing the pounds. Many people may say "oh look at me I am using this company that’s helping me lose weight" Your thinking maybe I will try it but then again it’s not for all people to go and waste money when you can do it at home and save money on yourself when it's time to get new clothes for yourself. You can exercise or workout 3 times a week for 30 minute or an hour. You’re going to see that you are losing the weight you may see one or two pounds or even more. Going to start seeing the changes on yourself and be happy you did it. Your focus should be on you and your health and the benefit’s it can bring to you. So once you have had the Lapband surgery you will be seeing some pounds taking off and because of to excess fat loss and that you will maintain more of the lean muscle mass you need to keep your metabolism working effectively which will help you to reach and maintain your weight loss goal. So the main goal is gradual, steady, and lasting weight loss that may prevent, improve, or resolve health problems associated with your body weight. There is less of a risk excessive bone loss leading to bone disease such as osteoporosis.
Lifestyle method is if you want to stay fit and keep the pounds off you have to make sure you shop right and that you drink plenty of water to help you fluids your body out and also keep them excising on ago. Don’t want to stop just because you are at a point where you want to be. Want to keep this up so that you don’t gain the weight that you have taken off. It’s still a long road ahead and it going to take time and effort to get it and stay where you want to be. Also you could always get a couple of buddies that wants to lose the weight as well. They have games you can use which allows you the user to be the controller to play the game which involves doing movements for fun, which without knowing is giving the user exercise.

Lifestyle changes need to be made no matter if you choose dieting the natural way or surgery, both methods will help you lose weight in different ways of doing it. There are risks involved in both methods surgery can cause infections or death, dieting can cause nutritional deficiencies and illness. Knowing you pick the right one and keep working at it and maybe show other how well you do maybe others will want to follow in your footsteps.
