Well today is April 14th and yes I went to my appointment.
So this is what I have to do. I wieght about 290 and they want me to lose about 20 lbs. So I plan on eating small amounts of food and stuff. Drink alots of water too.
I got to make some calls to the food people and set up meeting with them and stuff and we are back on the road again.
